This year, for the very first time, we organized a special holiday quiz titled “DragiAndro Kviiiz Specijal: Iz srca za dečiji osmeh”, bringing together more than 100 participants from the local community and successfully raising significant funds for the specialized care home for children with disabilities, Dom Veternik. It was a great opportunity not only to enjoy a fun evening together, but also to support those who need our help the most.

In the spirit of the holidays, we wanted to create a quiz that would offer more than entertainment, one with a deeper meaning. We joined forces to gather support for the amazing children from Dom Veternik, an institution dedicated to helping kids with disabilities lead more independent and fulfilling lives.

Our goal was to use a quiz we all love as a way to bring together as many people from the community as possible and inspire everyone to contribute to a meaningful cause.

Our quiz story began a few years ago as an internal CYBERLAB event, when our colleagues Dragan and Andrija organized the very first quiz for employees. What started as a small internal gathering quickly grew into a beloved tradition.

This year, inspired by that spirit, we decided to create something bigger, an open event with a charitable purpose.

The event took place on December 24th, 2024, at Gerila Bar in Novi Sad. More than 100 participants took part, competing in teams of up to 8 members. They had the chance to test their knowledge in categories such as culture, sports, and general knowledge.

Tickets were priced at a symbolic 4 EUR, and all funds raised were donated to charity. By the end of the evening, we collected over 1300 EUR to support the children from the Dom Veternik.

We owe a big thank you to our partners from Arena Cinaplex and Hog Craft Beer for providing fantastic prizes for the top-performing teams, adding even more energy and excitement to the event.

Our gratitude also goes to Gerila Bar for generously providing the venue for the quiz, playing a key role in making the event possible.

Finally, we want to thank our hosts, Dragan and Andrija, who led the entire evening with enthusiasm and professionalism, creating an unforgettable experience for everyone.

This quiz brought our community even closer and showed how much we can achieve when we come together for a noble purpose. We’re truly grateful that we managed to inspire our fellow citizens to join us in creating something meaningful for the children of Dom Veternik.
